Membership Terms

These Membership Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the Enjoy Events membership programme operated by Enjoy Verse Ltd ("we", "us", "our", "Enjoy Events"). By purchasing or holding a membership you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions and Payments Policy.
1. Definitions
- Membership – a paid subscription to one of our membership tiers (Fan, Superfan or Legend).
- Member – a person holding an active, paid membership.
- Points – loyalty reward points credited to a Member's account.
- Billing period – the recurring interval for which your membership is charged (monthly or annually, depending on your tier).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid Enjoy Events account, and provide a valid payment card to purchase a membership. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login secure.
3. Membership tiers and pricing
We offer three membership tiers — Fan, Superfan and Legend. The current price, billing frequency (monthly or annual) and benefits of each tier are shown on our membership page at the time you subscribe, and those displayed details form part of these Terms. We may add, change or withdraw tiers or benefits as described in section 9.
4. Billing, auto-renewal and payment
Membership is billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider, Revolut, using the payment card you provide at checkout. By subscribing, you authorise us (via Revolut) to automatically charge that card the applicable fee at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
- Monthly tiers renew every month; annual tiers run for a 12-month term and then renew.
- Your membership renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend or end your membership and benefits if it remains unpaid.
- All fees are stated in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account or the membership page. When you cancel, your membership and its benefits remain active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and it will not renew after that. Fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law.
6. Earning reward points
Reward points are a benefit available only to active, paid Members. Non-members do not earn points. Points are earned when a Member purchases event tickets through our ticketing partner (iaBilet), and are credited to the Enjoy Events account that matches the email address used for the ticket purchase. To ensure your points are credited correctly, use the same email address for your ticket purchase as your Enjoy Events account.
Points are earned per ticket according to your membership tier (for example, higher tiers earn more points per ticket). The current earn rates are those configured for the programme and may be updated from time to time. Complimentary or invitation tickets do not earn points. If a ticket purchase is cancelled or refunded, the related points may be reversed.
7. Redeeming points
Members may redeem points for a free general-admission ticket. The number of points required for one free ticket is shown on the rewards page (for example, 500 points). Redemptions:
- apply to a single general-admission ticket and may not be used for VIP, premium or reserved-seating tickets;
- are issued as a personal, single-use code that we send to you by email;
- are non-transferable and have no cash value; and
- are subject to event availability and the organiser's terms.
8. Expiry of points
Points expire 12 months after they are earned. In addition, if your membership ends or is cancelled, any remaining points expire at the end of your paid period. Expired points cannot be reinstated.
9. Changes to the programme
We may change these Terms, the membership tiers, pricing, earn rates, redemption values or benefits. Where a change is material and to your disadvantage, we will give you reasonable notice (for example, by email or on the website) before it takes effect, and you may cancel before the change applies if you do not agree to it. Continuing your membership after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate a membership, and may adjust or remove points, where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse of the programme, a breach of these Terms, or non-payment.
11. Data protection
We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Payment card details are handled securely by Revolut; we do not store your full card number.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or that arise from events, ticketing or third-party services outside our reasonable control.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
